Your Private Bangkok Taxi
& Airport Ride
Tired of Grab drivers canceling when it rains? Same here. That's why I drive tourists around Bangkok myself — in a brand new white Jaecoo J5 EV Long Range Max electric SUV that seats 7 and fits all your shopping bags. I pick you up at Suvarnabhumi (BKK), Don Mueang (DMK), your hotel, wherever. ฿20 per kilometer, flat. No meter games, no surge when it's raining.
No App Needed — Book Right Here
You don't need to download another app. No account signup. Just tell me where you're going.
Tell Me Where You're Going
Pick your pickup and drop-off. BKK airport, DMK, your hotel on Sukhumvit, Khao San Road, or just type an address. I know Bangkok — I'll find it.
See the Price Upfront
You'll see the fare instantly. It's ฿20 per kilometer, and every price includes the expressway tolls. What you see is what you pay. No "oh the price went up because of traffic."
That's It — I'll Be There
Drop your name and number. You'll get a confirmation right away. I'll show up on time in the white Jaecoo J5 EV, ready to go.
Honestly? I Think This Beats Grab
Here's why people who try me once don't go back to hailing taxis in the rain.
White Jaecoo J5 EV Long Range Max
This thing is quiet. Like, eerily quiet for Bangkok traffic. It's a 2025 electric SUV with 58.9 kWh battery, 402 km range, sunroof, air-conditioned seats, and room for 7 people. Your luggage fits easily — even if you went hard at Chatuchak Market.
฿20/km — No Matter What
Raining at 2am? Price stays the same. Friday rush hour on Sukhumvit? Same price. I don't do surge pricing. The expressway tolls are baked in too — you never have to dig for cash at a toll booth.
I Actually Speak English
No pointing at maps. I speak English, I know Bangkok like the back of my hand, and if you want a good pad thai place near your hotel, just ask. I've got opinions.
Airport Pickup, Sorted
Landing at BKK or DMK? I track your flight and wait up to 90 minutes if it's delayed. Free. I'll be standing at arrivals holding a sign with your name — just walk over and we go.
Book on WhatsApp or Right Here
No app to download. Book right here on the website, or shoot me a WhatsApp message if that's easier. I reply fast because I know you might be standing at an airport right now.
Room for Everything
Fold the back seats flat and you've got a massive trunk. I've fit 5 checked suitcases in there before. Golf clubs from Thai Country Club? No problem. Your ICONSIAM haul? Also fine.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions I get asked a lot. If yours isn't here, WhatsApp me — I'm happy to help.
How much is a taxi from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to Bangkok?
A private taxi from BKK to Bangkok city center (Sukhumvit, Silom, Siam) costs ฿1,000 THB with Bangkok Ride. This is a fixed price at ฿20/km plus airport surcharge (฿150) and expressway tolls (Chalerm Maha Nakhon + Burapha Withi, ฿75). A regular meter taxi costs ฿280-400 + tolls (total ~฿380-575), GrabCar costs ฿380-450 (up to ฿900+ during rain surge), and private transfer services charge ฿800-1,500.
How much is a taxi from Don Mueang Airport (DMK) to Bangkok?
A private taxi from DMK to Bangkok city center costs ฿800 THB with Bangkok Ride (25 km × ฿20 + ฿150 airport surcharge + ฿80 Don Mueang Tollway). Meter taxis charge ฿200-350 + tolls, Grab is ฿300-380 (may surge). Our price is fixed — no surprises.
Is Bangkok Ride cheaper than Grab or Bolt?
For airport routes, Bangkok Ride is positioned between Grab/Bolt and premium private transfer services. We charge a fixed price with zero surge — unlike Grab which can charge 1.5x-3x during rain, rush hours, or late night. You get a private electric SUV (not a random sedan), English-speaking driver, expressway tolls included, and luggage space. Many tourists find Bangkok Ride more reliable and comfortable than Grab, especially for airport transfers and long routes.
Do I need to download an app to book?
No app needed. You can book directly on our website in under 2 minutes. Just enter your pickup and drop-off, choose a date and time, and confirm. You can also contact us via WhatsApp to book, ask questions, or modify your booking. This makes Bangkok Ride the easiest taxi to book for tourists who don't want to install Thai ride-hailing apps.
Are expressway tolls included in the fare?
Yes. All Bangkok Ride fares include expressway tolls. Airport routes include tolls for Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway and Burapha Withi Expressway (BKK: ฿75) or Don Mueang Tollway (DMK: ฿80). City routes that use expressways also include tolls. The price you see is the price you pay — no separate toll payment to the driver.
What car will I ride in?
You'll ride in a white Jaecoo J5 EV (Long Range Max) — a brand new electric SUV (2025 model). It has 211 horsepower, a 58.9 kWh LFP battery with 402 km range, sunroof, air-conditioned seats, WiFi, and USB charging. It seats up to 7 passengers and has a large trunk for luggage. It's quiet, smooth, and much more comfortable than a standard Bangkok taxi.
Can you pick me up at my hotel?
Yes! We pick up at any hotel in Bangkok — Sukhumvit, Silom, Siam, Khao San Road, Riverside, or anywhere else. Just enter your hotel name in the pickup field when booking. Your driver will meet you at the hotel lobby or entrance.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No worries. We track flight arrivals for all airport pickups. If your flight to Suvarnabhumi (BKK) or Don Mueang (DMK) is delayed, your driver will adjust the pickup time automatically. No extra charge for reasonable delays (up to 90 minutes).
